Houses deploy beside the lot. For years they were interiors and the Deployed house badge, not income. That changed in late September 2026.
Cash houses

Hyper-lot cash is about 8,309,000, so the modern house is a late cosmetic next to that grind. VIP around 500 Robux has historically bundled a mansion. Open the pass card. The mansion is not a fourth cash listing, and the house does not become a trade item.
What changed in 2026
- 19 September 2026: a new house with vehicle displays, in the same update as Season 33.
- 26 September 2026: vehicle displays at all houses, plus offline earnings.
- 3 October 2026: Modern Bungalow.
The log says displays were added. It does not publish a payout per pad or say that a house pad matches a dealership pad. Look at the cash tick after you park a car. If the pad is silent, it is still a photo spot.
When to buy
Finish one Regular lot and fill dealership platforms first. Then a cottage is a small interior if you want the badge. Do not cover pad walkways or the cyan Auto Drive portal when you place the ghost. A deploy that fails is usually an overlap with a road, another plot, or a race volume.
A lobby offer to "drop a mansion" in a trade is not how passes or plot deploys work.
